Hey I’m Ben, I’m Design Lead for AI Incubation, building the next generation of frontier AI products. Previously I was a Senior Product Designer at IBM Client Engineering, where I led generative AI and AI Governance projects for complex business challenges. Before IBM, I was a Product Designer at Foolproof, an award-winning UX Design agency specialising in product design, interaction and engineering. In 2016, I was awarded the Erna Plachte Scholarship at University of Oxford. Forthcoming Fellow of Oxford AI Safety Initiative (OAISI).‍

I’m a Design Lead with 8+ years experience building user-centered products and leading design, technology and frontier AI projects.
